When developing on a nature-specific site, we bear the responsibility to make the most out of the location while integrating the design into its specific area.

The Natulux project is located in Küçük Erenköy on a seafront site placed over the cliff edge with a unique wide-angle view of 270 degrees. When you first step onto the site, you feel as if you are in or on the sea itself, with a profound sense of blue unlike any other project we have designed.

Exclusive Villas and Apartments

Front Line Villas:

The exclusive 8 villas sit at the edge of the rocky cliff, giving a sense of being on the sea. These villas appear as single-floor bungalows from the private road but have bedrooms below the living spaces and pool at road level. The 3 ensuite bedrooms with walk-in wardrobes open to a lower garden facing the sea, offering spectacular views. The roof terrace provides a 360-degree view of the sea and mountains.

Second Row Duplex Villas:

The second row of 5 duplex villas, positioned at the roof terrace level of the front row, ensures uninterrupted sea views. These villas have an indoor garage and a large space in the basement, opening to a private road and sunken garden. The ground floor living spaces open to a garden with a pool, while the 3 ensuite bedrooms on the first floor offer sea and mountain views.

Third Row Apartments:

The third row comprises 2 apartment blocks with 8 duplex garden apartments (two bedrooms, double-height living-dining-kitchen area), each with a private garden. The blocks also feature 4 exclusive penthouse flats (3 bedrooms each) with wide private roof terraces for spectacular views. Additional apartment blocks with 4 garden flats (3+1) and 8 duplex penthouses (2+1) are located on an elevated position, providing wide-angle sea views and fantastic sunset views.
