Payment process
Our carefully crafted payment process is designed to elevate your property ownership journey, offering flexibility, convenience, and exclusive financing options. From the moment you select your ideal home during our presentation at the developer's office to receiving the keys to your ready apartment, every step is tailored for your ease.

Reservation Fee
After finalizing your decision on the property you'd like to purchase, we will proceed to sign the simplified contract at the developer’s office and apply a non-refundable reservation fee, ranging from 1000 GBP to 5000 GBP, depending on the specific project and size of the property.

Flexible payment plan
The payment plan will be provided based on the developer's terms. An additional 30-40% will be charged in equal monthly 0% installments, ranging from 12 to 72 installments, depending on the specific project.

Main Deposit
30 days after your initial selection, you will be required to make the main down payment of 30-40% (if construction has not started yet) or 50% (if construction has started and is close to completion) for your chosen property. At this stage, you will sign the main contract with the developer.

Key handover
At this point you will receive keys to your ready apartment after you pay overall value of the property 60-70%! Thanks to this deal you can start renting your property and pay the missing 30-40% from the rental income. So the last 30-40% pays for itself.
